{"id":6283,"date":"2020-03-04T10:32:25","date_gmt":"2020-03-04T16:32:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tvalaire.com\/?p=6283"},"modified":"2020-03-04T10:32:28","modified_gmt":"2020-03-04T16:32:28","slug":"la-receta-de-hoy-es-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/tvalaire.com\/?p=6283","title":{"rendered":"LA RECETA DE HOY ES&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>LA RECETA DE HOY ES\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">rollos de lasa\u00f1a rellenos de espinaca<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>9 l\u00e1minas de lasa\u00f1a precocida.<\/li><li>1 cucharada de aceite&nbsp;<strong>Oli de Nutrioli<\/strong>\u00ae.<\/li><li>3 tazas de espinacas picadas.<\/li><li>\u00bd cebolla picada finamente.<\/li><li>1 cucharadita de ajo picado.<\/li><li>100 g de queso crema.<\/li><li>1 yema de huevo.<\/li><li>1 cucharada de f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz.<\/li><li>2 cucharadas de consom\u00e9 de pollo en polvo.<\/li><li>1 tazas de queso mozzarella rallado.<\/li><li>1 tazas de parmesano rallado.<\/li><li>250 g de queso manchego rallado.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para la salsa:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 cucharadas de aceite&nbsp;<strong>Oli de Nutrioli<\/strong>\u00ae.<\/li><li>\u00bc de cebolla picada.<\/li><li>2 dientes de ajo picado.<\/li><li>4 tazas de jitomates sin piel y sin semillas picados.<\/li><li>2 cucharadas de or\u00e9gano seco.<\/li><li>1 pizca de comino.<\/li><li>1 cucharadita de az\u00facar.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INSTRUCCIONES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En una sart\u00e9n caliente el\n     aceite&nbsp;<strong>Oli de Nutrioli\u00ae<\/strong>&nbsp;y fr\u00ede la cebolla, el ajo y las\n     espinacas por unos 4 minutos.<\/li><li>En\n     un taz\u00f3n mezcla el queso crema con la yema, la f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz, el consom\u00e9\n     de pollo en polvo y el queso parmesano; mezcla bien y agrega el sofrito de\n     espinacas. Incorpora el queso mozzarella y sigue mezclando.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para la salsa:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En otra olla calienta el\n     aceite&nbsp;<strong>Oli de Nutrioli\u00ae<\/strong>, fr\u00ede la cebolla, el ajo y los\n     jitomates; sazona con el or\u00e9gano, el comino, la sal, la pimienta y el\n     az\u00facar.<\/li><li>Calienta una olla con agua y\n     cuece las l\u00e1minas de lasa\u00f1a hasta que est\u00e9n al dente, escurre.<\/li><li>Toma\n     un poco de relleno de espinacas y esp\u00e1rcelo sobre cada l\u00e1mina de lasa\u00f1a y\n     forma rollos. Acomoda en un refractario previamente engrasado con un poco\n     de aceite&nbsp;<strong>Oli de Nutrioli\u00ae<\/strong>, ba\u00f1a con la salsa y espolvorea el\n     queso manchego rallado sobre los rollos.
