Integrantes del Ayuntamiento, aprobaron por unanimidad de votos, el punto de acuerdo que present\u00f3 la Comisi\u00f3n de\u00a0Hacienda, Financiamiento y Patrimonio sobre la solicitud del Inspector en Jefe C. Julio Eduardo Mendoza \u00c1lvarez, encargado interino de la Unidad Operativa de Segunda Preventiva Estaci\u00f3n de Polic\u00eda Federal de La Piedad, para la donaci\u00f3n de un predio para la construcci\u00f3n del edificio que albergar\u00e1 la Polic\u00eda Federal.<\/p>\n
La presentaci\u00f3n del dictamen se dio por la ma\u00f1ana en la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de Cabildo, en donde se especific\u00f3 que el terreno consta de 6 mil 250 metros cuadrados que se ubican en el fraccionamiento \u201cFrancisco Villa\u201d con entrada por el Libramiento Mart\u00ed-Mercado.<\/p>\n
La donaci\u00f3n sali\u00f3 a nombre de la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n \u00f3rgano administrativo desconcentrado de la Polic\u00eda Federal y se incluy\u00f3 un punto en donde se establece que de no existir construcci\u00f3n alguna dentro de un plazo que vencer\u00e1 el 15 de abril del 2020 dentro del inmueble, la presente donaci\u00f3n se revocar\u00e1 y el inmueble pasar\u00e1 de nueva cuenta a ser propiedad del Municipio de La Piedad, Michoac\u00e1n.<\/p>\n
Personal de la Polic\u00eda Federal, presente en la sesi\u00f3n de Cabildo agradeci\u00f3 el apoyo y la comprensi\u00f3n para la donaci\u00f3n de este terreno en donde se prev\u00e9n construir las instalaciones propias de esta corporaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
