{"id":1113,"date":"2017-03-28T10:15:55","date_gmt":"2017-03-28T16:15:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tvalaire.com\/?p=1113"},"modified":"2017-03-28T10:15:55","modified_gmt":"2017-03-28T16:15:55","slug":"ultimos-dias-para-aprovechar-prorroga-extendida-para-el-pago-del-predial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/tvalaire.com\/?p=1113","title":{"rendered":"\u00daLTIMOS D\u00cdAS PARA  APROVECHAR PR\u00d3RROGA EXTENDIDA PARA EL PAGO DEL PREDIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"text-align: center; background: white;\" align=\"center\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #212121;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #212121;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #212121;\">El Gobierno Municipal de La Piedad a trav\u00e9s de la direcci\u00f3n de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria invit\u00f3 a los poseedores de bienes inmuebles que a\u00fan no han cubierto el pago del impuesto predial, a que aprovechen los d\u00edas restantes del mes de la pr\u00f3rroga extendida que ser\u00e1 hasta el 31 de marzo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #212121;\">Para ello, puso a disposici\u00f3n todas las cajas receptoras de cobros tanto en la Presidencia Municipal como en las oficinas centrales de la direcci\u00f3n de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria ubicada en Plaza Bulevar junto a la Central de Autobuses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #212121;\">La fecha l\u00edmite para realizar el pago del impuesto predial sin cargos adicionales por multa, recargos y actualizaciones son hasta este viernes 31 de marzo. A partir del 1 de abril comenzar\u00e1n a aplicarse cargos por las actualizaciones del sistema.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #212121;\">Por tanto, se invit\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n en general quien a\u00fan no ha cumplido con este pago, a que lo realice a tiempo y se evite pagar multas, recargos y actualizaciones por hacerlo de forma extempor\u00e1nea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #212121;\">Adem\u00e1s de que pueden aprovechar la promoci\u00f3n de meses sin intereses con cargo a tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito
